Specifically with the 5.15.05 release that you are talking about, RobotStudio 5.61 and RobotWare 5.15.05 are bundled for an easy download/install. Since RobotStudio is backwards compatible within the IRC5 generation upgrading to the latest version of RobotStudio is always recommended, then you can keep and install whichever RobotWare that you have in your controller population on top of that. Regarding IRC5 OPC Server the requirement is that you should have at least as much as the latest version of RobotWare in the controller population that IRC5 OPC Server will communicate with. The recommendation however is that you should run the latest version, it is backwards compatible within the IRC5 generation so IRC5 OPC Server will work with 5.15.x and 5.6x alike. Remember to take a backup copy and save your OPC config file to a different location before upgrading OPC Server, for some strange reason the install overwrites it.
